Crate and Paper Snow Flake Mini Album

Hello, hello!!! Today, I am sharing a 5x5 mini album using Crate and Paper's Snowflake collection. This is a tag album with 12 pages all in all, a double-sided tag in between pages, for lots of photos from my trip to Lake Tahoe with my family, dad, and nephew. For the front of the album, I added crystal drops along the border of the papers (inspired by Frank Garcia ). I love that it gave the album an added texture, fun and whimsy. Here are the beautiful pages: Would you like to see a flip-through of the album? Head on over to my youtube !  Materials used: Crate and Paper Snowflake 6x8 paper pad Crate Paper Snowflake ephemera

Pretty Pink Posh - Reindeer Friends

Hello again! Here is card #2 designed with love for Pretty Pink Posh as their social media guest designer for the month of December. Today, I made another pop up box card using the Reindeer Friends stamp set and coordinating dies. I usually choose my papers first and use it as an inspiration for my color palette. However, for this creation, I used the sentiment "merry and bright" to help me pick colors for the card. I wanted fun and bright colors... very non-traditional Christmas colors, and I am very happy that it worked for this card. Even the sentiment was stamped with a "not-my-usual-black-ink" color! ;) Lastly, I wanted to share with you that you don't always have to use Christmas papers for a Christmas card. Here I picked birthday scrapbook papers for the box and I love the way it unintentionally matched all the markers I used to color the gifts. Unintentional - as I colored everything before choosing the papers... got so lucky! I think that mo...

It is my first time ever designing a card for a stamp company, so I am supercalifragilisticexpialidocious excited to get crafting!!! For the first card, I used the Winter Wonderland stamp set and coordinating dies. I love making pop up box cards, so that is exactly what I created. I used beautiful and soft colors, using my Copic sketch markers, for all the critters and tree branch. The sentiment is also from the same set. Please come back tomorrow to see the next Pretty Pink Posh card! Also, feel free to follow me on instagram !
Hello, crafty friends. Today, I am sharing this cupcake shaker card.  It is super easy and fun to make. Let's get started! Here is how to make it: 1.Cut down a pink cardstock to measure 4.25 x 5.5 inches. Die cut a scalloped frame die with an inverted scalloped circle in the center from a white cardstock. Cut a patterned paper to go behind the scalloped circle. Set aside these papers for now. 2. Time to create the shaker part. You will need a  clear acetate sheet  cut just a little bit smaller than the scalloped frame. Using a  double-sided tape , adhere the acetate behind onto the white cardstock. 3. For the shaker bits, you can use any  sequins  and there are so many fun colors to choose from. Feel free to mix and match. You can also use nail glitter confetti, beads, or even make your own paper confetti by using a hole puncher. 4. To raise the white cardstock high enough so that there is room for the confettis to move around, add ...
