Have a Happy Spring - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello hello! I have a Spring-themed card, featuring the new Easter Sentiments Stamp Set from PPP. I just adore the small images in this set and the sentiments fit in a label die that is included in the Easter Sentiments Coordinating Dies . The small images are easy to color and so fun to add in cards while the ornate die would make a great focal for a card, but I didn’t use it for my card.  My card starts with a 5” square white cardstock that is ink blended with Distress Oxide Ink in Antique Linen. I sprayed it with water for an oxidized effect. I then stamped the “Have a happy Spring” sentiment onto the center of the card panel. Next, I stamped, colored, and cut the images from the Easter Sentiments Stamp Set . I used the following Copic Sketch Markers: B02/000, BV01/00, RV13/11/10, W2/1/00, Y13/11, YG23/21, and YR02/000. I foam mounted the images around the border of the card. For embellishment, I glued some 4 and 6 mm Ballerina Pink Sequins. And lastly, I glued the card pan...

Spring Greetings - Pretty Pink Posh

Hi everyone! I have a sweet Spring card to share with you all, using the new Spring Jar Stamp Set and its Coordinating Dies . This stamp set is absolutely beautiful and can be used for any and many occasions. To start, I ink blended an A2-sized white cardstock with Shaded Lilac and Milled Lavender Distress Oxide Inks. I sprayed some water with a bit of white ink for an oxidized effect. Next, I stamped, colored, and cut the florals and jar from the Spring Jar Stamp Set. I used Copic markers: Jar - Copic BG10 Label - Copic E41 Leaves - Tombow 249/177/126/133/131 Blues - Copic B01/00/000 Oranges - Copic YR18/16/15 Pinks - Tombow 743/703/800 Violets - Tombow 633/603/660 Yellow - Copic Y18/15/13/11 I added highlights with a white pen and arranged the flowers on the card panel. I glued down the jar on the card panel and added foam tape on the back of the flowers for dimension. I then added some Light Orchid Pearls for added interest and lastly, I glued the panel onto an A2-sized side-fo...

Spring Greetings - Pretty Pink Posh

Hi friends! I'm sharing the cutest card with a bunny mug, featuring the new Easter Mug Additions Dies paired with the mug from the Winter Mug Dies .  I started by inking through the Wide Stripes Stencil on the bottom area of an A2-sized white card base with Shabby Shutters Distress Oxide Ink. I then ink blended the top portion with Antique Linen Distress Oxide Ink.  Next, I cut the mug from the Winter Mug Dies and the dies from the Easter Mug Additions Dies in white cardstock. For the mug and bunny ears, I sprayed the cardstock with Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Spray. The rest of the die cuts were colored with Distress Oxide Inks: Black Soot , Cracked Pistachio , Dried Marigold , Dusty Concord , Spiced Marmalade , and Spun Sugar . The stripes and dots on the eggs were colored in with Copic markers.  I foam mounted the carrot, eggs, and mug onto the card base for dimension. I then added - on the heart-shaped nose of the bunny. And lastly, it’s not a PPP card witho...

Spring Circles + Bee Friends - Pretty Pink Posh

Hi, friends! It's Leica here today. I have a card and tag set using a combination of old and new stamp sets from Pretty Pink Posh. The old stamp set is Bee Friends and the new one is Spring Circles . I love that the new Spring Circles stamp sets go perfectly together with other PPP products, such as the Hummingbird Thanks , any of the butterflies sets , Spring Robins , Spring Scene Die , and the new Flower Bouquets Stamp Set. Let's start with the circle card. To begin, I die cut a white cardstock using a 4.5" circle die and another one in 4". I then ink blended the smaller circle with Tattered Rose Distress Oxide ink and sprayed some water for some interest. I also cut a small part of the circle in white cardstock for the grass area and inked with Twisted Citron Distress Oxide. The scallop edge is cut using Scallop Borders Dies . I ended up with 2 layers of the grass area, because the inked smudged on the first layer so I fixed my mistake by adhering another laye...
