Birthday Wishes - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello crafty friends. I'm sharing a fun birthday shaker card today. This is simple to recreate and great for mass-producing to have birthday cards in hand to send to friends and loved ones.  I first cut the Birthday Cake Die in gold glitter cardstock that already has adhesive on the back. I got this from the big box store. I then adhere the cover panel onto a 4.25 x 5.5 inch clear acetate to make a window for the shaker. For the background, I used a cardstock that has dot prints. You can also make your own background using the Mini and/or Medium Polka Dots Stencils . For the shaker bits, I used the Cupcake Clay Confetti and Sherbet Clay Confetti . The sentiment is stamped onto a strip of pink cardstock and adhered onto the front of the card. Lastly, I adhered the shaker panel onto an A2 sized card base. That’s all for this birthday card. I hope that I’ve inspired you to make a shaker card with this previously-released Birthday Cake Die. Have a great day!

Cuddly Cats - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello friends! I've used this Pretty Pink Posh Cuddly Cats stamp set plenty of times, but I just love it so much that I made another cat themed card. Let’s start! I first assembled the box using the  My Favorite Things Dies-namics - Outside the Box Level Up . For the back panel, I used an old patterned paper by Echo Park . For the inserts, I made grass  panels for the inserts that I ink blended with Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink. The adorable images are from Pretty Pink Posh Cuddly Cats Stamp Set . I stamped them on 110lb white cardstock in Memento Rich Cocoa  ink. I used Copic Sketch markers in BG15/11, E11/00/000, N5/3/1, R85/83/81, Y18/13, YR07/04. I cut the images with their coordinating dies and I adhered them onto the card inserts.  Next, I cut the Happy Birthday die in white cardstock, colored with Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink and adhered it behind the front panel. The sentiment and fish image is from the Lawn Fawn Meow You Doin' Stamp Set...

Happy Birthday - Penguin Palace

Hello friends! I got to play with the Penguin Agenda Stamps by Penguin Palace and I have a box card to share with you all.  To begin, I assembled the My Favorite Things Outside the Box Level Up . I then covered the background panel with scrapbook paper. The paper I used is no longer available, but I found this set that would be great for box cards. For the grass inserts, I ink blended Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks on a 1.5" x 3.5" cardstock and die cut with a grass die . I then stamped the images from the Penguin Agenda Stamps on Neenah 110lb white cardstock using Memento Tuxedo black ink. I colored with Copic Sketch Markers and cut with the coordinating dies .  Penguins - C5/3/1 Pink - R32/30 Teal - BG15/13/11 Yellow - Y18/13/11 I then adhered the images on the card inserts. Next, I stamped "enjoy the little things" on the front panel of the card and added stars that I cut and glued onto acetate strips. Lastly, I cut the Happy Birthday...

Happy Birthday - Heffy Doodle

Hello crafty friends!  I have a square-shaped birthday card using Heffy Doodle products. It’s a simple design and easy to recreate. To begin, I cut a 5” blue cardstock and a 4.5” white cardstock. I adhered the white panel on the larger panel, using the Heffy Doodle Glubert . I wanted one more layer, so I cut a 4” white cardstock. I then ink blended Mustard Seed , Kitsch Flamingo , and Faded Jeans Distress Oxide Inks through the Lots of Happy Stencils .  For dimension, I foam mounted this panel to the white and blue cardstock.  Next, I cut the Happy Birthday Shadow Heffy Cuts using vellum for the shadow die and gray cardstock for the script. To adhere to the panel, I turned the script die over and used the words as a guide for the glue.  Lastly, for the card base, I cut a 5” square , scored at the .25” mark and adhered the flap to the panel.  That’s all for this birthday card. I hope you enjoyed today’s card share. Thanks for stopping by!

For my table, I used the Ain't So Plaid Stencil and inked with Mustard Seed and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxides. The top portion is ink blended with Tattered Rose and I splattered some black and rose gold acrylic paint for interest. I then white heat embossed the happy birthday sentiment onto a strip of black cardstock. Next, I adhered the elements down onto the card. Lastly, I adhered my panel onto a slimline card base.  Hello friends! Hope you are all doing wonderful! Today, I have a couple of birthday cards using stamps from the Pigment Craft Co. May release. These were so fun to put together! I splattered black, white, and gold acrylic paint. The beautiful cake is from These Hands: Bake Cakes and I inked with Altenew ink pads.  The gold cake platter is inked with Color Box pigment ink in gold.
