Maggie Holmes Flipbook

Hello, crafty friends! Today, I am sharing photos of a mini album that I've made for my friend, Kristianne ! The size is 4x4.25 inches and it's filled with Maggie Holmes papers from the Sunny Days collection and cut out digital elements from AC Digitals .  I like combining the Maggie Holmes ephemera as I think most of them go together nicely. I've used a combination of cut out elements from the Carousel collection, Heritage, Chasing Dreams, Bloom, Open Book, and Willow Lane. If you'd like to see a flip-through of the album, please see Kristianne's YouTube . It is her birthday month and I sent her a surprise package. I loved hearing her reaction! Kristianne makes the cutest handmade embellishments and she shares tutorials on her YouTube, so be sure to follow her on her socials. Here are some photos of my flipbook: The last page has tags inside, make sure to check out Kristianne's video to see them all. ...

2020 Calendar

Hello, friends! It's Week 4 of lockdown and I don't even know what day it is anymore. I always have to check my phone for the date and day. It feels like every day is a weekend, since we are stuck here at home - social distancing from family members and friends. This past weekend, I've decided to make myself  a one-of-a-kind calendar that starts in the month of April. (LOL) I used papers from the Crate Paper Sunny Days collection by Maggie Holmes and Maggie Holmes sticker book as embellishments. The white frame is from Ikea . It is for a 4x6 photo, but since I need room for a binder ring, I cut down my papers to 3.25 x 5.25 inches. This measurement will vary depending on the size of your binder ring. The one I used is a 1-inch ring.  There you have it, folks! Another project brought to you by the COVID-19 lockdown. In all seriousness, I hope and pray that you all are well and that this nightmare will be over soon.  xoxox

Accordion Card Album with Pockets

Hello, crafty friends! Today, I am sharing a mini accordion album using boxed cards. The one I used is Crate Paper Flourish Boxed Card purchased at Tuesday Morning for $5.99. Such a great find!  But of course, you are free to use any cards you have on hand.  For this album, I used 10 cards in total - one of each design. I chose the card with the "love ya" sentiment as my cover, arranged the rest of the cards in order and chose the lemonade print for the back. I knew I wanted a closure for the album, so I added a slit in the middle of the lemonade card to run my lace ribbon through. I then used a 4.25 x 5.5 inches white cardstock and machine stitched it to the back of the lemonade card to hide the lace. Next, I arranged the cards in accordion style. I knew I wanted to have pockets to hold tags for more photos and/or journaling. Instead of gluing the papers together, I stitched around the cards, leaving the top part open for a tag. I used a circle punc...

Hedgehog Friends | Pretty Pink Posh

Hello, crafty friends! Are you loving the new Pretty Pink Posh release? I know I am! Today, I am sharing 3 different cards using the Hedgehog Friends stamp set. First is this adorable "love ya bunches" card. I colored the hedgehog and the other elements with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens. For added whimsy, I used the Eyelet Borders Dies for the ground.  Next up is this fun and colorful birthday card. I also used Zig  brushes here and another die from the Eyelet Borders die set. In addition, I used images from the Birthday Friends stamp set and the happy birthday sentiment is from Pond Friends stamp set.  Lastly, a card with the "you're an awesome friend" sentiment. All the images on this card are from the Hedgehog Friends stamp set. This set is definitely one of my favorites from the new release.  Have you shopped the new release yet? Share your card/s with the PPP team on instagram #prettypinkposh. Can't wait to see what you...
