Diorama Box Card

Hello, crafty friends!!! Today, I am sharing a tutorial on how to make a diorama box card. You will need (2) 4 1/4” x 7 5/16” panels ***don’t be scared, the 5/16 mark is the little line next to the 1/4 mark :) Score and fold at 1 1/2” and 7” Cut at an angle on the 5/16” flap  (as shown below) Use Pretty Pink Posh large panel from the Stitched Notes Die to make a window For the inserts (grass), the length is 6 1/2” - scored at fold at 1/2” and 6”  The height of the inserts will  vary on how high you want to place your stamped elements.  To assemble: 1. place a strip of scor tape on the 5/16” flaps 2. Tape one of the flaps onto the  other panel so that it creates one long piece, as shown below 3. I recommend working on the background  first before putting the box together.  The background is an A2 panel, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 4. Adhere the background and adhere one side of t...

Envelope Album - Pink Paisley: Paige Evans Horizon

Hello, friends! I have another project to share with you all. I have made a mini album using A2-sized envelopes. This was so much fun to put together. I love how colorful this turned out! I have to say a special thank you to my friend Kristianne for sending me some of her Horizon handmade embellishments. She makes the most beautiful embellishments and she totally spoiled me with these goodies! You guys have to follow her on Instagram and YouTube ! To make this album, I first created 8 A2 (4.25" x 5.5") envelopes using the Martha Stewart scoring board. Once assembled, I took the first envelope and adhered the back of the 2nd envelope's flap inside the first envelope. Next, I glued the 3rd envelope's flap inside the 2nd one... repeat until you have inserted and glued down all 7 flaps. I know, this sounds all confusing, so here is a link to a tutorial that I found on YouTube . There will be one flap leftover at the end, which is the flap from the first envelope. I w...

Interactive Mini Album - My Mind's Eye: Gingham Gardens

Hello, crafty friends! Happy new week! I have a new project share today. It is another mini album (I really enjoy making minis). The chipboard album is from Frank Garcia's Memory Hardware Rectangle Album  that I had painted white. The size is about  7” x 6.25” x 2”. The collection is Gingham Gardens by My Mind's Eye. I made this to be an interactive piece, so it has flap pages, memorabilia pockets, cascading pages, and more! If you'd like to see a flip-through of the album, please head over to my YouTube and watch on 1080p! Here are some photos: back of the album: I hope you enjoyed today's project share and the flip-through on YouTube! Isn't this collection stunning?!! Take good care! xoxox
