Hello! I am sharing a slimline card using the new Monkey Friends Stamp Set and Stitched Leafy Borders Die . First, I cut a card panel using Neenah Solar White 110lb. It measures 3.5 x 8.5 inches. I then ink-blended the edges with Picked Raspberry distress oxide and the Center with Spun Sugar distress oxide. Next, I stamped the monkey images and colored with Copic E71/74/77. I used the coordinating dies to cut them. I also die cut one of the vines from the Stitched Leafy Borders, three times. I colored them with Copic G61/63. The bananas are colored with E57, Y18/13/11. The fun part is putting the card together. I arranged the vines in a zigzag pattern and stamped the sentiment at the bottom of the card. For added interest and texture, I sewed the border with linen thread. I then adhered the monkeys with foam tape for dimension. Lastly, I adhered the panel onto the slimline card.
