Merry Christmas - Scrapbook Pal

Hello crafty friends! Today I'm sharing an elegant Christmas card featuring Spellbinders products available at Scrapbookpal.com. It’s a simple, yet elegant card! Step1: Cut the Spellbinders Stitched Diamond Argyle panel in white cardstock. Stitch the border of the panel using gold thread. I used DMC E677. Step 2: Cut the Spellbinders Stylish Merry Christmas dies in pink cardstock and glue on the white panel.  Step 3: Cut flowers and leaves using the Spellbinders Christmas Blooms and adhere them on the card panel. Next, add some gems on the flowers and adhere the panel on an A2-sized card base. That’s all for this Christmas card! I hope I’ve inspired you to create a card with these products. It’s really fun to stitch on the Diamond Argyle panel and you can use threads in different colors.  Products used: Art Glitter Glue Spellbinders Christmas Blooms Spellbinders Stitched Diamond Argyle Spellbinders Stylish Merry Christmas

Happy Halloween - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello friends! I have a Halloween card to share today, using a combination of older and new stamps from Pretty Pink Posh. Let’s get started! I first cut a panel in white cardstock to 4x7 inches and ink blended it with Mustard Seed , Fossilized Amber , Ripe Persimmon , and Black Soot Distress Oxide Inks. I then splattered some black acrylic paint and also used Nuvo Crystal Drops in White over the Layered Ghosts Stencil (Layer C) for the stars. When dry, the stars turned yellow because of the ink behind it.  Next, I stamped, colored, and cut the images from the following stamp sets: Halloween Critters - bear, bunny Halloween Envelopes - ghost, bats, spider Halloween Wreath - ghost, bat, spider, Happy Halloween sentiment (white heat embossed) Village - village shops, lamp post The stamped images are glued and foam mounted on the panel. I then cut 2 of the Boo Script, glued it together for added dimension, and glued on the left side of the card. Lastly, I made a card base in ora...

You Are Spooktacular - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello crafty friends! I have an easy-to-make Halloween card. I love that I can make a quick card with the new Layered Pumpkins Stencils. I started out with a light pink cardstock and ink blended through the Layered Pumpkins Stencils with Distress Oxide Inks in Kitsch Flamingo , Mowed Lawn , Picked Raspberry , and Vintage Photo . I then cut the panel using the largest die in the Wonky Stitched Rectangles dies.  For the sentiment, I stamped the You Are part directly on the stenciled panel. I then stamped Spectacular in Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink and cut it with the coordinating die. The sentiment is from the Halloween Critters Stamp Set. I cut the Spectacular die a few times and stacked it for dimension.  I then foam mounted the panel onto a violet card base. For the inside of the card, I added a Wonky Stitched Rectangle in white cardstock and inked the edges with Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink. That’s all for this simple, yet oh-so-cute Halloween card. Thanks so muc...

Halloween Mini Cards - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello friends! Today I am sharing Halloween mini cards. These are so easy to make and there’s no coloring involved (yay).  These mini cards measure 2.75” square. The panels are patterned paper (Doodlebug Design Inc. Candy Carnival) that I cut with a square die . I then cut 4 of the Spider Web die in white cardstock and 4 spiders in black cardstock. I also glued a small piece of white cardstock for the eyes and mouth of the spider. Next, I cut 4 banners from the Halloween Envelopes Coordinating Die and stamped Happy Halloween on them (from the Boo Stamp Set).  I adhered all the elements onto the cards and trimmed off the spider web , so that the card can fit inside the envelope. Lastly, I stamped the Halloween Borders on the envelopes in different inks to match the cards.  These mini cards are perfect for Trick or Treat bags for friends and family. I hope that I’ve inspired you to create some. Have a great day!

Hello and welcome! Are you enjoying the new Pretty Pink Posh release like I am? I've made 2 more Halloween box cards - one with the new Ghost Friends Stamp Set and another with a previously-released stamp set, Halloween Pals Stamp Set.  For my first card, I assembled the box using the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Box Card Pop-Up die in white cardstock. I inked the panels in Black Soot and Uncharted Mariner Distress Oxide Inks. I splattered black and white acrylic paints onto the panels for added interest.  Next, I stamped, colored, and cut the images from the Ghost Friends Stamp Set. I used the following Copic markers -  N9/7/5, V17/15, W1/0/00, Y18/15/13, and YR18/16/14. I adhered the images onto the inserts and side panels. For the sentiment, I stamped Happy Halloween in Uncharted Mariner Ink.  For my next card, I assembled the same box in white cardstock.
