Sweetest Wishes - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello crafty friends! Today I’m sharing a super sweet card using a combination of new and previously-released Pretty Pink Posh dies. Let’s get started! For the background, I first cut a white cardstock to 5” square and ink blended through the Mini Grid Stencil in Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Ink. On top, I ink blended through the B layer of the Layered XOXO Stencil in Salvaged Patina . The XOXO Stencil includes 3 different layering stencils, but I thought I’d try something different and layer the hearts on top of a different stencil. I love that I can mix and match different PPP stencils!  Next, I cut the mug in patterned paper and added some shading on the sides with a Copic R22 marker. I then ink blended different shades of brown on scraps of white cardstock and cut the chocolate pieces from the Candy Treats Dies and Valentine Mug Addition . I added some Liquid Pearls on top of the chocolate for added interest and texture.  I then cut the small Wonky Stitched Square die in...

Be My Valentine - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello friends! Today I am sharing a Valentine box card die filled with the cutest PPP critters. Let’s get started! I first assembled the box card in pink cardstock. This box card die will be available on the PPP site soon! For the back and side panels, I stamped the love script repeatedly in Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Ink.  Next, I stamped, colored, and cut the images from the Heart Critters Stamp Set and glued them on the inserts and front of the card. I used the following Copic Sketch Markers: Koala - C5/3/1, R00 Leopard - E35/34/33 Panda - N7/5/3 Golds - Y26/23/21 Reds - R29/27/24/22/20 For the sentiment on the front of the card, I stamped “be my valentine” and stamped and cut the love script.  That’s all for this box card. I can’t wait for the box card die to be released. I know that you will love it too!

Hugs - Spellbinders

Hello friends! I'm so grateful to Spellbinders for sending me some stamps and dies to play with. For my card, I am using the new Simon Hurley Succulents Stamps and Dies. I just love this set, especially because I love succulents and the sentiments included in the stamp set are just beautiful and covers a few occasions. Let's get started on this card tutorial! I first cut an A2 size cardstock in Fern cardstock and ran it through my die cut machine with the Circle Illusion 3D Embossing Folder . I then stamp, colored, and cut the images from the Succulents stamp set. I used Copic sketch markers: Pots - E13/11/00/0000 Greens - G99/46/43/40, YG67/63/03, G29/YG67/17/03 Pinks - RV25/23/21 I foam mounted the potted succulents onto the cardstock. I then cut the "hugs" in Rainforest cardstock and the outline in white cardstock. The sub-sentiment is stamped onto a strip of white cardstock. Lastly, I adhered the card panel onto an A2 card base. Thanks so much for stopping by ...

Sweetest Wishes - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello friends! I love love love making box cards and I'm so happy to share with you that Pretty Pink Posh has a box card die that will be available in March. Box cards are really easy and so much fun to make. You can use a plain white cardstock, colored cardstock, or patterned paper to make the base of the box. PPP stencils are also perfect for adding patterns on the box or the panels. Here is another box card that I've made with the new Valentine Mug Addition Dies . I've filled it with the sweetest chocolate-covered strawberries. I cut the dies in colored cardstock and the ones with "xo" is from a patterned paper . The back and side panels are ink blended with Picked Raspberry and Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Inks. To add interest, I sprayed water on the panels and also splattered some white paint . For the strawberry on the right side in the front, I've added Liquid Pearls in White Opal.  "Sweetest wishes" is stamped directly on the front of the...

Happy Wedding - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello crafty friends! I’ve made a simple wedding card using some of the latest products from Pretty Pink Posh.  I first cut a 4” square panel in white cardstock. I inked through the Layered Valentine Hearts Stencil (Layer A) in Tattered Rose Distress Oxide Ink. I then matted this panel onto a 4.25” square beige cardstock. Next, I cut the hearts die in gold cardstock and added dimension by cutting a few more hearts in white cardstock and gluing them together. I stamped the word “happy” directly onto the cardstock and stamped “wedding” and cut with the coordinating die.  To add more interest, I adhered some pearls here and there. Lastly, I glued the panel onto a 4.25” card base. That completes my simple wedding card. Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!  Supplies used: PPP Celebration Scripts Stamp Set and  Coordinating  Dies PPP Ivory Pearls PPP Layered Valentine Hearts Stencil PPP Valentine Mug Addition Dies Spellbinders Alabaster Cardstock Tim...

Hello friends! Welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh January 2023 Release Blog Hop. Today I am sharing a super sweet box card filled with the yummiest chocolates that is sure to bring a smile to your card recipient. I first want to share a secret - this Pretty Pink Posh box die will be available soon! I am so obsessed with making box cards and I know that a lot of you have asked which dies I used. Paulina has got us covered with this new die. A few things I love about this box die - the scallop edged panels, the perforated lines for easy folding (no need to score), and the size is just perfect (small and easy to fill with some stamped images or die cuts). For my card, I cut a pink cardstock using the box die and assembled as directed (super easy to put together). I then ink blended through the Layered XOXO Stencil with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink. I used the same ink for the “O” but with a light hand. I then ink blended scraps of white cardstock with Distress Oxide Inks in Vintage Pho...

With Love - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello friends! The Pretty Pink Posh Valentine Release is now available. Yay!!! I've made a shaker card using the latest products from PPP, along with the previously-released Winter Mug Dies . To start, I worked on a 4" square background panel by stenciling through the Layered Valentine Hearts Stencils in Spun Sugar and Shabby Shutters Distress Oxide Inks on white cardstock. I then layered a 4.25" panel that I ink blended with Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide Ink.  Next, I cut the mug in patterned paper and cut the heart in the center to make a shaker. I stamped the sentiment on the acetate and then filled the mug shaker with Valentine's Day Clay Confetti . I then made some chocolate-dipped strawberries using cardstock and patterned paper. The white dots on the strawberry in the middle is Liquid Pearls . I foam mounted the mug and the strawberries onto the card panel.  I then embellished the card with some pearls . Lastly, I adhered the card panel onto a 4.25...
