Have a Happy Spring - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello hello! I have a Spring-themed card, featuring the new Easter Sentiments Stamp Set from PPP. I just adore the small images in this set and the sentiments fit in a label die that is included in the Easter Sentiments Coordinating Dies . The small images are easy to color and so fun to add in cards while the ornate die would make a great focal for a card, but I didn’t use it for my card.  My card starts with a 5” square white cardstock that is ink blended with Distress Oxide Ink in Antique Linen. I sprayed it with water for an oxidized effect. I then stamped the “Have a happy Spring” sentiment onto the center of the card panel. Next, I stamped, colored, and cut the images from the Easter Sentiments Stamp Set . I used the following Copic Sketch Markers: B02/000, BV01/00, RV13/11/10, W2/1/00, Y13/11, YG23/21, and YR02/000. I foam mounted the images around the border of the card. For embellishment, I glued some 4 and 6 mm Ballerina Pink Sequins. And lastly, I glued the card panel o

Hi everyone! I have a sweet Spring card to share with you all, using the new Spring Jar Stamp Set and its Coordinating Dies . This stamp set is absolutely beautiful and can be used for any and many occasions. To start, I ink blended an A2-sized white cardstock with Shaded Lilac and Milled Lavender Distress Oxide Inks. I sprayed some water with a bit of white ink for an oxidized effect. Next, I stamped, colored, and cut the florals and jar from the Spring Jar Stamp Set. I used Copic markers: Jar - Copic BG10 Label - Copic E41 Leaves - Tombow 249/177/126/133/131 Blues - Copic B01/00/000 Oranges - Copic YR18/16/15 Pinks - Tombow 743/703/800 Violets - Tombow 633/603/660 Yellow - Copic Y18/15/13/11 I added highlights with a white pen and arranged the flowers on the card panel. I glued down the jar on the card panel and added foam tape on the back of the flowers for dimension. I then added some Light Orchid Pearls for added interest and lastly, I glued the panel onto an A2-sized side-fo

Spring Greetings - Pretty Pink Posh

Hi friends! I'm sharing the cutest card with a bunny mug, featuring the new Easter Mug Additions Dies paired with the mug from the Winter Mug Dies .  I started by inking through the Wide Stripes Stencil on the bottom area of an A2-sized white card base with Shabby Shutters Distress Oxide Ink. I then ink blended the top portion with Antique Linen Distress Oxide Ink.  Next, I cut the mug from the Winter Mug Dies and the dies from the Easter Mug Additions Dies in white cardstock. For the mug and bunny ears, I sprayed the cardstock with Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Spray. The rest of the die cuts were colored with Distress Oxide Inks: Black Soot , Cracked Pistachio , Dried Marigold , Dusty Concord , Spiced Marmalade , and Spun Sugar . The stripes and dots on the eggs were colored in with Copic markers.  I foam mounted the carrot, eggs, and mug onto the card base for dimension. I then added - on the heart-shaped nose of the bunny. And lastly, it’s not a PPP card without embelli

Pretty Pink Posh March 2023 Release Blog Hop

Hello friends! Welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh February 2023 Release Blog Hop! For my card, I started with a 4.5” square white cardstock and I ink blended through the Layered Carrots Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks.  Layer A: Dried Marigold Layer B: Spiced Marmalade Layer C: Twisted Citron I then matted this stenciled panel on a 5” square cardstock that I ink blended with Spiced Marmalade. For added interest, I sprayed this larger panel with water that has a bit of white ink.  Next, I cut the dies from the Winter Mug Dies and the new Easter Mug Additions Dies in white cardstock and colored them with Copic markers and Distress Oxide Inks. The blue bunny mug also got a print from the Mini Grid Stencil . Before foam mounting the mug, I placed a sheet of vellum to soften the carrot background and I also stamped the sentiment onto the vellum with Stazon ink.  Here are the Copic markers I used for the mini eggs: BG70, R00, V000, Y11, YG61, YR000 I embellished the card with Pi
