25 Tags of Christmas

Hello, crafty friends! Today, I am sharing these pink Christmas tags, using Pretty Pink Posh stamps and dies. The stamp set I've used is Holiday Pals and its coordinating dies. The tag die is Decorative Tag 1. And I've also used a die from the Stitched Borders 1 set.  First, I've stamped and colored images from the Holiday Pals stamp set. The shades I've used are G02/00/000, R24/20, B95/93/91, W01/00, E59/57/55, C9/7/5. I then used the coordinating dies to cut the images and put aside. I then used pink cardstock and die cut 3 of the tags from the Decorative Tag 1 set. Next, I've die cut the scallop oval using white cardstock. With the hill die from Stitched Borders 1 set, I took the inside of the scallop oval cuts and cut a hill.  Next, I've put together the tags and adhered the images in place. For a snow effect, I've used the Nuvo Crystal Drop in Gloss - Simply White. I hope you like these Christmas tags and inspired to create your own! xoxox

I am honored to guest design for Mama Elephant's 8th anniversary. Happy anniversary, Mama Elephant! Today I have a few cards to share with you, using Mama Elephant stamp sets and dies - Oh Penguin Tree and Let it Snow. I just love how adorable these new stamps are and I had such a blast making cards for the upcoming holiday season. Only 98 more days until Christmas, folks! For the first card, I stamped, colored, and die cut the Oh Penguin Tree stamp onto Neenah  110lb white cardstock and then cut with the coordinating die. I used copic markers to color in the super cute penguins and other elements. As always, I wanted to make a box car...

Halloween Box Card - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello! Today I am sharing a box card using older stamp sets that I have combined together to make this adorably haunting Halloween card. To start, I created the  Lawn Fawn pop-up box  as directed, in black 80lb cardstock.  Next, I die cut panels for the box, using papers from Doodlebug Candy Carnival collection. For the box inserts, I used a grass die cut in black cardstock. Next, I stamped images onto 110lb cardstock, colored with Copic markers, and cut with their coordinating dies. The cat and pumpkins are from the Halloween Pals stamp set . The bat, skeleton head, and candies are from the Boo stamp set . The little candies and pumpkin treat bag is from the Halloween Friends stamp set .  I used the following Copic markers: N9/7/5, YR04/02/00, V17/15/12, YG23/13 The fun part is creating the scene. Some of the elements are adhered directly onto the inserts and some are foam mounted to add dimension to the scene.  Next, I stamped the “Happy Hallo...

Monkey Friends Stamp Set -

Hello! I am sharing a slimline card using the new   Monkey Friends Stamp Set  and   Stitched Leafy Borders Die .  First, I cut a card panel using Neenah Solar White 110lb. It measures 3.5 x 8.5 inches. I then ink-blended the edges with Picked Raspberry distress oxide and the Center with Spun Sugar distress oxide. Next, I stamped the monkey images and colored with Copic E71/74/77. I used the coordinating dies to cut them. I also die cut one of the vines from the Stitched Leafy Borders, three times. I colored them with Copic G61/63. The bananas are colored with E57, Y18/13/11. The fun part is putting the card together. I arranged the vines in a zigzag pattern and stamped the sentiment at the bottom of the card. For added interest and texture, I sewed the border with linen thread. I then adhered the monkeys with foam tape for dimension. Lastly, I adhered the panel onto the slimline card.  I hope you enjoyed today’s card share and are inspired to create ...

Jungle Friends Stamp Set - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello, friends! Today I am sharing a slimline card, featuring some adorable Pretty Pink Posh lions.  Let's start with the panel, which is 3.5 x 8.5 inches. From top to bottom, I ink blended with Dried Marigold, Ripe Persimmon, Crushed Olive, and Peeled Paint distress oxides. I've been enjoying the paint splatters look lately, so I used white and gold acrylic paint for that. I then stitched around the card with linen thread. Next, I stamped the lion, leaves, and vine from the new  Jungle Friends Stamp Set  and the lion, party hats, and cake from the  Party Friends Stamp Set.  I cut the koala behind the cake and replaced it with a lion image. It is just so fun and easy to mix and match Pretty Pink Posh stamps and dies, old and new.  I colored with Copic markers and cut with their coordinating die cuts.  I really love the new  Simple Sentiments Stamp Set  as it covers any occasion and fits perfectly onto one of the  Simple Strips Die...

Jungle Additions Stamp Set - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello, hello! Today I have a slimline card to share.  To start, I cut a white card panel to 3.25 x 8.5 inches. I then used the  Medium Polka Dot Stencil  to create a background. I wanted to make a mixed media background, which is not my usual style. However, the new  Brave Stamp Set  inspired me to be brave and try something new. With a sponge, I used distress oxides in Chipped Sapphire, Tumbled Glass, and Iced Spruce. For an effortless look, I intentionally did not line up the stencil perfectly and then splattered with black and gold acrylic paint.  I chose to feature the adorable hippo and the leaves from  Jungle Additions Stamp Set  for this card. The stitched square that I used to stamp the sentiment onto is from  Storybook 5 Dies . Dots and lines go together in design, so I added black strips using the new  Simple Strips Dies . The strips are not long enough for a slimline, so I hid the edges behind the white square and ...

Diorama Box Card

Hello, crafty friends!!! Today, I am sharing a tutorial on how to make a diorama box card. You will need (2) 4 1/4” x 7 5/16” panels ***don’t be scared, the 5/16 mark is the little line next to the 1/4 mark :) Score and fold at 1 1/2” and 7” Cut at an angle on the 5/16” flap  (as shown below) Use Pretty Pink Posh large panel from the Stitched Notes Die to make a window For the inserts (grass), the length is 6 1/2” - scored at fold at 1/2” and 6”  The height of the inserts will  vary on how high you want to place your stamped elements.  To assemble: 1. place a strip of scor tape on the 5/16” flaps 2. Tape one of the flaps onto the  other panel so that it creates one long piece, as shown below 3. I recommend working on the background  first before putting the box together.  The background is an A2 panel, 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 4. Adhere the background and adhere one side of t...

Envelope Album - Pink Paisley: Paige Evans Horizon

Hello, friends! I have another project to share with you all. I have made a mini album using A2-sized envelopes. This was so much fun to put together. I love how colorful this turned out! I have to say a special thank you to my friend Kristianne for sending me some of her Horizon handmade embellishments. She makes the most beautiful embellishments and she totally spoiled me with these goodies! You guys have to follow her on Instagram and YouTube ! To make this album, I first created 8 A2 (4.25" x 5.5") envelopes using the Martha Stewart scoring board. Once assembled, I took the first envelope and adhered the back of the 2nd envelope's flap inside the first envelope. Next, I glued the 3rd envelope's flap inside the 2nd one... repeat until you have inserted and glued down all 7 flaps. I know, this sounds all confusing, so here is a link to a tutorial that I found on YouTube . There will be one flap leftover at the end, which is the flap from the first envelope. I w...

Interactive Mini Album - My Mind's Eye: Gingham Gardens

Hello, crafty friends! Happy new week! I have a new project share today. It is another mini album (I really enjoy making minis). The chipboard album is from Frank Garcia's Memory Hardware Rectangle Album  that I had painted white. The size is about  7” x 6.25” x 2”. The collection is Gingham Gardens by My Mind's Eye. I made this to be an interactive piece, so it has flap pages, memorabilia pockets, cascading pages, and more! If you'd like to see a flip-through of the album, please head over to my YouTube and watch on 1080p! Here are some photos: back of the album: I hope you enjoyed today's project share and the flip-through on YouTube! Isn't this collection stunning?!! Take good care! xoxox
