Halloween Box Card - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello! Today I am sharing a box card using older stamp sets that I have combined together to make this adorably haunting Halloween card.

To start, I created the Lawn Fawn pop-up box as directed, in black 80lb cardstock. Next, I die cut panels for the box, using papers from Doodlebug Candy Carnival collection. For the box inserts, I used a grass die cut in black cardstock.

Next, I stamped images onto 110lb cardstock, colored with Copic markers, and cut with their coordinating dies. The cat and pumpkins are from the Halloween Pals stamp set. The bat, skeleton head, and candies are from the Boo stamp set. The little candies and pumpkin treat bag is from the Halloween Friends stamp set.

I used the following Copic markers: N9/7/5, YR04/02/00, V17/15/12, YG23/13

The fun part is creating the scene. Some of the elements are adhered directly onto the inserts and some are foam mounted to add dimension to the scene.

Next, I stamped the “Happy Halloween” sentiment from the Halloween Pals stamp set onto a white rectangular cardstock and foam mounted on the front flap of the box card. Lastly, I added Glossy Black Jewels to add texture to the card.

October Release 2023 Blog Hop - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello and welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh October 2023 Release Blog Hop! For my card, I started out with a light blue cardstock that measures 4.5 inches square. I stenciled through the Winter Words with Finnabair Snowflake Paste for a fun background. I then made a mug shaker using the Winter Mug Dies and the cutout to make a window for the shaker is from the Birthday Mug Additions Dies. The shaker bits are from the Christmas Cookie Shaker Beads . I used various colors of cardstock from Spellbinders for my card. I added a cute little bird from the Holiday Birds Dies and a couple gifts using the rectangle pieces from the Build A Stocking Dies. The rest of the die cuts are from the new Holiday Mug Additions Dies. Then I added some pink dots on the greenery with Liquid Pearls in Ballerina. Heffy Doodle and Gerda Steiner Designs Collaboration

Welcome to the Heffy Doodle and Gerda Steiner Designs Collaboration Blog Hop! Design Team members from both companies are sharing inspiration using products from both companies! For this fun collaboration, I made a slimline birthday card. To begin, I stamped, colored, and cut images from Gerda Steiner Designs - On the Table , On the Bookshelf and the new Heffy Doodle Popping By stamp set. I then cut the largest rectangle from the Heffy Doodle Stitched Slimline Trio Dies in white cardstock. For my table, I used the Ain't So Plaid Stencil and inked with Mustard Seed and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxides. The top portion is ink blended with Tattered Rose and I splattered some black and rose gold acrylic paint for interest. Pretty Pink Posh February 2023 Release Blog Hop

Hello friends! Welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh February 2023 Release Blog Hop and happy 9th birthday, PPP! Today, I’m sharing a birthday card and a gift card holder that I made using dies and stencils from the new Birthday Release. For my card, I started with an A2-sized white cardstock that I ink blended with Saltwater Taffy Distress Oxide Ink. I sprayed some water for an oxidized effect and also splattered some white ink on it. I then took a scrap of white cardstock and used finger daubers to ink blend Distress Oxide Inks in rainbow colors. I used Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, Lucky Clover, Salty Ocean, and Wilted Violet. I sprayed water, splattered white ink, and cut the rainbow colored panel with the WISH die. I also cut the flame from the Birthday Mug Addition Dies and ink blended it with Mustard Seed Distress Oxide Ink.
