Large Floral Hearts

Hello, crafty friends! Today, I am sharing a slimline card using the Large Floral Hearts stamps set and the adorable mice from the Party Friends stamps set.

My slimline card measures 3.5 x 8.5 inches. The base is a white rectangle cardstock stitched with a light green thread onto a pink scallop rectangle.

I stamped the heart floral stamp three times, colored with Copic markers, and cut using the coordinating dies. I used the following colors for the flowers and leaves - R20, R21, R22, R24, G40, and G21. Next, I stamped the mice from Party Friends and colored with the following - NO, N1, ROOO, and R20 for the blush and around the sign.

For the sentiments, I used “love you always” and “I love us” from the Large Floral Hearts stamps set, embossed with white ink onto a black cardstock. Then for the banner, I stamped “xoxo” from the Floral Hearts stamps set. I simply rotated the stamp upside down to spell “oxox.”

The last step is adhering everything and I used foam tape for the hearts, mice, and the sentiments for added dimension.

Heffy Doodle and Gerda Steiner Designs Collaboration

Welcome to the Heffy Doodle and Gerda Steiner Designs Collaboration Blog Hop! Design Team members from both companies are sharing inspiration using products from both companies! For this fun collaboration, I made a slimline birthday card. To begin, I stamped, colored, and cut images from Gerda Steiner Designs - On the Table , On the Bookshelf and the new Heffy Doodle Popping By stamp set. I then cut the largest rectangle from the Heffy Doodle Stitched Slimline Trio Dies in white cardstock. For my table, I used the Ain't So Plaid Stencil and inked with Mustard Seed and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxides. The top portion is ink blended with Tattered Rose and I splattered some black and rose gold acrylic paint for interest. 3D Paper Christmas Trees - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello and welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh October Release Blog Hop!!! Hello crafty friends! I have made the cutest 3D paper Christmas trees using the Pine Trees dies and I'm very excited to share some tips and tricks for making these trees. The Pine Trees include 3 different sizes and I was able to cut 4 of each from an 8.5" x 11" cardstock. The work is tedious, but the end result makes it all worthwhile. Just enjoy the process ;) Once all the pieces are cut, simply score in half and glue one side to the other. The more trees you add, the fluffier it gets. Here is my first tip: use a binder clip to keep the trees in place while the glue dries. I used 10 trees each for these pink ones: I cut some snowflakes from the Winter Mug dies and used them as tree toppers. How about some pretty, pink, posh ghosts? (You like what I did there? October Release 2023 Blog Hop - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello and welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh October 2023 Release Blog Hop! For my card, I started out with a light blue cardstock that measures 4.5 inches square. I stenciled through the Winter Words with Finnabair Snowflake Paste for a fun background. I then made a mug shaker using the Winter Mug Dies and the cutout to make a window for the shaker is from the Birthday Mug Additions Dies. The shaker bits are from the Christmas Cookie Shaker Beads . I used various colors of cardstock from Spellbinders for my card. I added a cute little bird from the Holiday Birds Dies and a couple gifts using the rectangle pieces from the Build A Stocking Dies. The rest of the die cuts are from the new Holiday Mug Additions Dies. Then I added some pink dots on the greenery with Liquid Pearls in Ballerina.
