March 2022 - Pretty Pink Posh Blog Hop

Hello friends and welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh March Release Blog Hop!

For today's Hop, I am sharing an Easter card using the new Easter Signs Stamp Set. This is super simple and fun to make. Let’s get started!

To start, I assembled the My Favorite Things  Outside the Box Dies in light blue cardstock. I ink blended the back panel with Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink. I used patterned paper to cover the side and front panels. The grass inserts are ink blended with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks.

Next, I stamped, colored, and cut the images from the Easter Sign Stamp Set. I adhered the images onto the inserts to make a cute Easter scene.

That’s all for this box card. I hope that you like it and you are inspired to create Easter box cards for your loved ones. Thanks for stopping by!

February 2022 Blog Hop - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello friends and welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh January Release Blog Hop!  For today's Hop, I am sharing a box card that I made for my daughter's 11th birthday.  I first assembled the Outside the Box Level Up in white cardstock. I then cut the panels in patterned paper and adhered them in place with liquid glue. Next, I stamped, colored, and cut the images from the previously-released Birthday Borders , Balloon Alphabet , and the Crafty Critters stamp set - free when you spend $80. I adhered the images onto the inserts of the box. The sentiment is from the Birthday scripts . Make sure to check out the rest of the Hop for more inspiration using the new products from Pretty Pink Posh! There are 3 $25 gift certificates up for grabs (one winner each day). Winners will be picked randomly along the blog hop. Comments must be left by 11:59 PM PST on 02/16/2022. Winners will be announced on the PPP blog.  Here is the full Hop list: Pretty Pink Posh blog Jennifer McGuire Rachel Alvar

January 2022 Blog Hop - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello friends and welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh January Release Blog Hop!  Shaker cards are so much fun to make and Pretty Pink Posh has beautiful confettis and other shaker bits to choose from. For my card, I used the new Love Sprinkles Clay Confetti . I just love the color combo and this mix definitely inspired the color palette of my card. To start, I cut an A2 size panel in white cardstock and ink blended it with Wilted Violet and Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide Inks. I then splattered white acrylic paint and when it dried, I cut the center with a large oval die to create a frame for my shaker card. I taped the scallop oval frame onto the panel, adhered a clear acetate, and stamped the Happy Valentine's Day sentiment. I then added foam tape around the frame to make a well for the confetti mix. I added the shaker bits and sandwiched it with a panel that I ink blended in Picked Raspberry and Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Inks.  The images are from the Love Balloon and Sending L

September Release Blog Hop - Pretty Pink Posh

Hello everyone and welcome to the Pretty Pink Posh September Release Blog Hop! Today, I have a square-shaped Autumn card to share with you all. For this card, I used the new Fall Corners Stamp Set .  Let's get started!  I first cut a 4.5" square in kraft cardstock and ink blended the bottom with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide Ink. I then cut a 4"square in white cardstock and ink blended it with Dusty Concord and Milled Lavender Distress Oxide Inks. I sprayed some water for an oxidized effect and added dots using a white gel pen and Copic E44 marker. I adhered the smaller panel onto the larger one. To soften the background, I cut a 4" square in vellum . The beautiful pumpkin images from the Fall Corners Stamp Set are stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa Ink on 110lb white cardstock and colored with Copic markers.  Pumpkins:  E77/74/71/70, V12 W5/3/1 Y28/26/23/21 Leaves : E44/43/41 G99/46/43 W3/1/0, 00  Stems: E49/47 I cut the images with their coordinating dies and
